As we all know, President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania boarded Air Force One on Thursday this week and took off to the City of Love, Paris, France. The couple met with French President Emmanuel Macron andhis wife Brigitte where the four of them attended the annual Bastille Day parade along the Champs-Elysees in Paris this Friday.
President Trump claimed in a statement that
“On this great day — France’s national day and the 228th anniversary of the French Revolution — Melania and I were proud to stand with the President of France and Madame Macron to celebrate with the French people.”
But if there is something else President Trump is feeling proud of, that would have to be his wife Melania, which happened to steal the show. The elegant first lady was donned in an attention-grabbing floral-print sundress, paired with a pair of royal blue high-heeled shoes for the joyous occasion.
From what can be seen, Donald and Melania seemed to have been enjoying their time at the parade, which also featured the United States Army’s First Infantry Division, as a sign of recognition of the 100th anniversary of the day the storied unit marched in the same parade, to honor the alliance between the two nations, France and U.S.
After the parade was over, the first families said their goodbyes and now Melania and Trump are expected to arrive in Washington at any moment.
